So often, I spend my evenings discussing different things that happened in my day, and in all of that lies a pretty sincere ideology or philosophy of education.

It’s not stodgy and exceedingly academic like most things with those words “philosophy of..” usually are.  This comes from years of observing, thinking, talking, and challenging.  It affects every part of my day, even to the smallest detail like how I enter a classroom or select which art supplies to hand out.

So my aim here is to share these thoughts along with some fun and lighthearted moments with you here on this blog.  Hopefully I can be an encouragement to parents and fellow teachers alike.  Feel free to comment and initiate discussion whenever!
